Women in Reggae don't get recognized enough. there were many and they were mad decent at creating beautiful music. Jennifer Lara to me is the most underrated female in an already male dominated, often macho genre. Everything in her early studio 1 days is a killer. Her versions too tho! If you are lucky enough to find vinyl of this woman you will be pleased with the dub sides. Often produced by Coxsone Dodd in her early days I believe.
