Young MC - I Come Off (Southern Comfort Mix) 1990

One of the first hip hop albums I had as a kid. This album was produced by Quincey Jones and there was some classics like i come off and know how which were obscured too much by bust a move. This remix is not Quincey Jones but the bass sample is from aaron neville's "hercules" Nice remix! This album is so 1989. It's not quite 80s hip hop and it's not quite 90s hip hop either. It was released with about 100 days left in the 80s and this remix was probably produced months later so this song is a nice example of  hip hop transitioning through crucial decades. #madchange #youngmc #goldenerahiphop #90shiphop #80shiphop
